HEMA Bands
Students must each bring a music stand and possibly a book chosen by the conductor for the appropriate instrument and level.
For fourth graders - high schoolers , as well as parents, we offer 2 levels of band instruction as follow:
Our Alpha Band is for inexperienced or minimally experienced players. Students are taught how to put their instruments together, how to make sounds, how to read music, and how to play as a group, as well as learning the basics of music theory and performance.
Our Concert Band is for more advanced students with at least one year playing experience or conductor approval.
We also have a Recorder Band for students 3rd grade and older when there is enough interest, with a tentative tuition of $120 per semester, adjusted for enrollment.
