HEMA is pleased to announce a new partnership with Palaestra Homeschool located in Livonia for the 2022-2023 school year. Palaestra is a non-profit homeschool organization that offers a variety of enrichment classes to Metro Detroit families. We are excited about this new opportunity to expand our music program. Welcome to the Home Education Music Association
Thank you for your interest in our Home Education Music Association (HEMA) Band! We have been in operation for over 10 years, serving the southeast Michigan area. We have paid professional music instructors who provide instruction for homeschool students (and parents) for grades 4th and up. We currently have different levels of instruction, from beginner to advanced.
Band students need to come with their own instruments, which need to be approved by the Board and/or Conductors. Students need also to provide a music stand
